Important information about the U.S food supply

One of the most straight-forward, honest, clear, and chilling exhibitions dealing with our food system I have seen. This hit home for me very hard.

I think the best way to reach people with this information about our food system is the same way she was reached: through their children. I would easily say that over 75% of my own customers are in the exact same boat. They learned the startling facts that this woman has so clearly put forward and thought about what that meant for their children's health. It's actually the only reason I am involved in food production the way that I am, because my mom had a very similar awakening as this woman when I was a small child and has since then been very proactive in figuring out the implications of what food is put into our bodies. I inherited a deep sense of care about food quality and purity from her and it is why I am a farmer today.

She presents her points so eloquently...I wish every person in America would watch this.
