how about we flip this and say that Being IS Doing
for eg, a Wanderer being a passive radiator of Love/Light.
also think of the work of the White Magician who heals the earth.
they sit there in quiet meditation, and from the outside there is no 'doing' or 'interacting' with externals.
and yet a finely honed 'being' is able to bring in energies into the earth sphere that are very stabilising and useful to others (according to the Ra material that is).

some of the 'doing' is not able to be perceived by 3d eyes.
