Not more evolved, simply not veiled. 2d beings are not veiled and so can communicate psychically.

This is mostly unavoidable when loosing a lot of weight. But you are right that doing it more slowly helps in making this effect less perverse.

With 'normal' diets yes, but with a raw vegan diet, counting calories becomes a thing of the past.

Yes. Beans aren't edible raw, so they must be either cooked or sprouted, and not all beans are edible sprouted.

Nothing wrong with cooked beans per se. They're just not raw.
