Creating a Shield

I think some people have a natural shield in place and really don't need to worry about creating a new one. Perhaps their shield was added pre-incarnation so that they could do their work here without interference.

This is the human field. Conscious expanding awareness causes some of us to become extremely sensitive to invading and nonharmonic frequencies. Those of us that choose to expand can utilize choice in matters of frequencies that we take notice of.
