Vibrations

So every time I have a thought that I really really want to express, my body signifies it. Depending on the nature of the thought, I will feel vibrations come from either my stomach, brain, heart, genitalia, etc...But sometimes these thoughts can be very negative, but can be seen in a positive light with the correct perception. What I think they are are signals from my higher self to express these thoughts either to myself or other people. I usually keep them to myself because most of the time my friends and family don't want to hear my individual truth, which saddens me. But I guess thats why I'm a wanderer, right? *Sigh*...
