To be honest I really feel that many many folks will change their diet of their own free will when they are fully in 4d.
Imagine for a moment. You have just fallen head and heels in love with the most wonderful person in the world.
Do you feel like eating?
I know that's a cheesy comparison but it's the best I could think of.
