Excellent list, godwide!
I would add to these:
1. Be aware that many so-called 'fluoride filters' actually remove very little of the fluoride. Most are aluminum-based so the person is trading one toxin for another. Plus, the aluminum-based filters just don't work, according to dentists and water specialists I've spoken to. A much better medium for removing fluoride is bone char, which, as its name suggests, is apparently some animal product, which I don't like, but what do you do? I bought one before I knew what it was, and now I wish I didn't know. I haven't been able to find out much about the source of 'bone char' fluoride filters, but they supposedly do remove all the flouride.
2. I follow up the fluoride pre-filter with my ionizer machine, resulting in clean, alkaline, antioxidant, crystalline-structured water which is said to decalcify the pineal gland. Judging by my experience and that of others, I'd say that's true. Powerful stuff! There's more I can't say publicly so if you want to know about that, contact me via pm.
3. Be aware of insidious sources of fluoride: Sodas, tea, beer and even wine! I was very disconcerted to learn that 1 glass of red wine has as much fluoride as 1 liter of fluoridated water! Horrors! For more insidious sources see http://www.fluoridealert.org/fluoride-da...oride.aspx
4. Pesticides.
So in addition to the poisonous nature of anything that can kill a bug (just takes more of it to kill a human) it also has outrageously high levels of fluoride! Yet another reason to invest in a water ionizer machine (my brand produces water that removes pesticides from produce).
5. Nonstick cookware - better to use stainless steel or cast iron.
6. I did a lot of research on iodine and the consensus seems to be that the 'Nascent' form is absorbed most readily. It's more expensive, though. 2nd best is Lugol's. I found both on amazon.com. There's a simple test one can do to see if they're deficient in iodine: put a couple of drops of iodine on the skin and rub it in so there's a patch of orange. Then see how long before the orange disappears. If it disappears in less than 24 hours that supposedly means the person is deficient.
7. Essential oils work but they need to be therapeutic grade, not just smell nice. To my knowledge, the best quality essential oils are from Young Living. I don't sell them but I do have a wholesale account so if anyone wants to order at a lower price, contact me. (I don't make any $$ from it but am just letting you access my account since I don't order very often anyway.)
8. Meat is a major source of fluoride, because it concentrates in the animal when the animal drinks fluoridated water or eats pesticide-laden plant foods.
10. Distilled water and reverse osmosis water are both very clean and remove most (not all) of the fluoride, but they are both extremely acidic, oxidizing, and devoid of minerals, thus leaching healthy minerals from the body. Again, trading 1 severe problem for another! I drank distilled water for many years, putting minerals back in, and became very sick. NOT recommended! Better to filter the fluoride out and avoid distilled, RO and bottled waters. (Most bottled waters contain fluoride, + all the other poisons in the plastic.)
11. I think I read somewhere that cannabis does something with fluoride and the pineal gland. I don't remember but if one indulges in a little weed, you might want to investigate that. It was a positive thing, if I remember correctly.

4. Pesticides.
Quote:based on the assumed safety of such fluoride-based pesticides, iceberg lettuce can now contain a whopping 180 parts per million (ppm) of fluoride—that's 180 times higher than what's recommended in drinking water!
