I see red meat as some kind of bastion with those that eat meat and especially those that LOVE eating meat. I had it very easy for converting into a vegetarian because I have been already only scarcely eating some meat every now and then, and never stuff like pigs, horses, deers, any fancy stuff like that. A slight slice of chicken/turkey meat in a sandwich, that is about it, some cooked chicken breasts, fish, etc. But if I had been addicted to stuff like big hamburgers with extra sized red meat or barbecues or fancy stuff...nah, that is a different fight for a different personality.

Vibrationally speaking, (according to my understanding, mixed in with some ayurveda teachings) red meat is really more complex, it represents a lot more violence and unnecessary energy compared to "white meat", which, again, is more complex than something like fish, and after that, one can easily drop all meat from the menu. The thought of "I deserve it" is what keeps red meat in the centerpoint, it is what fuels emotions like anger and frustration, and any kind of dietary argument further empowers that fuel.
