I will respond to this with my own thoughts in more detail but briefly I would like to point out that to further this discussion we must consider the differences and designation between the identity we call our present incarnation, and identity of our evolving field of consciousness.
What you say bears much truth and wisdom. But it is also fraught with semantic problems that make it difficult to really bring light to what you say.
As fields of consciousness we perform our natural process of Being. Becoming aware of that truth does not make us God. Our fields are for whatever reason, still bound to this temporary form and this physical existence partaking of the natural process the way it was intelligently designed.
To pick up that Wassir staff and proclaim ourselves Creator, reveals either great ancient wisdom, or pure human arrogance.
Human arrogance tends to win the day here on this planet. therefore those of us who know better should tread lightly with such inhuman experience.
You are right in that all have the same potential, but the process to realize such potential is also part of the process of evolution that occurs naturally throughout the universe.
And the tools to achieve that goal of evolving should not be cast aside as useless folly when one finally arrives.
The old car that we used to get to our destination may not be vital once we arrive, but it was vital to the process of getting there, and many more follow, just as many have gone before us.
