All I can say on this matter that the mere fact that you are frustrated by what you are frustrated with shows how you are on a perfectly great road. So just let things play out, with frustration, with bumps on the road, with moments, days, heck: even weeks of seemingly no focus. We are incarnated here, it is not expected to be perfect. Imagine that while you are in this state, as a huge spring, you are preparing yourself to push for an even higher state of being - this amount of seeming blockage is a needed catalyst to achieve that.
