When you truly get beyond anger or fear, joy is the result. And this joy takes good care of our sanity, and of our outbursts.
Knowing that you are lovable, and loving yourself, is also an important part of this. That's loving all of you, including imperfections and outbursts. As Sagittarius said, "Try not to act on the thoughts, let them come up acknowledge them and let them slide." Breathe through them, and watch them fade away. Expect this focus on your breath to work, what you think is true, is true.
But I disagree with Sagittaris also, because I think you should think about this, and why this are coming up now. This is our school.
Everything and everyone are teachers. Mistakes are our teachers. Instead of asking "How can I . . . ?" ask instead "What is the positive side of this concern (?) and what do I need to learn from it?"
I don't claim perfection, by far I don't. But laughing at myself, seems to calm me down. Joy again.
