    All I can relate to with your warm, prickling feeling is that it's the physical response when you're healing yourself.
    You access a higher vibration (intelligent infinity maybe as Peregrinus says) and it's uncommon to your idea of the physical body so you get a response. If you didn't get a response how would you know what was going on? Smile
    Regarding the light, it's the third eye/violet/brow chakra doing something. Can't say I have any idea!
