I am Ra. There is past, present, and future in third density. In an overview such as an entity may have, removed from the space/time continuum, it may be seen that in the cycle of completion there exists only the present. We, ourselves, seek to learn this understanding. At the seventh level or dimension, we shall, if our humble efforts are sufficient, become one with all, thus having no memory, no identity, no past or future, but existing in the all.

And does this existing beyond space time as The All suggest that The All and The One no longer continue to exist?

As you can see and read in the above offered by me quote Ra said "....existing in the all" and not "no longer continue to exist".

For if The One continues to exist than the Mystery continues, and there is no completion.

Ra has misunderstood a concept it has tried to address here.

Further to that consider that one of us alone can be considered The All in this regard, which means that should I deliberately choose not to make sufficient effort to reach being The All, than that completion cannot be realized. This possibility further denies the statement any credibility.

It seems that this is positive identification of a Ra mistake, which is far more likely than supposing that The All will cease to exist once it reaches completion.

Ra said that Ra offered their understandings/teach/learnings of sixth density which begin and end in mystery. To understand these teach/learnings while being incarnated in third density space/time is a challenge, where same sentences, quotes and sessions could be and many times are understood differently by different entities. My personal understanding of the above quote is that by "the cycle of completion" in that particular sentence, Ra meant the cycle of completion of this octave.
