Agree! I always knew I had to choose love over fear, but I wasn't able to make that choice. Now I can, mostly. Only those occassions when repressed emotion needs to be released, I find I need to experience the negative emotions, release it, and replace it with peace. I like to remind myself of those great words spoken by Oldern: "...it is exactly like when Son Goku decides that he needs to be stronger, and starts to wear additional weights so when he is fighting without them, he would be more fast, more powerful, more agile...."
