There is an avalanche of catalyst in the office, and it's really devastating. One just discovered cancer, one's best friend has been diagnosed with a dreadful disease, one's father just got cancer, and a heap of other things spread across the board.

And all this in the last 10 days. Holy moly I just can't believe the extremity of it all. There's tears and anger aplenty. I'm finding I'm being a really positive help to some. Bringing hope where I can. I'm sure there's a Ra/Quo quote somewhere about us going through the dark night, reaching the light at the end of the tunnel, and as we get closer to the shift we'll be able to help others.

It's really happening here. My own catalyst pales in comparison to what I'm seeing.
