I am hoping this guy turns out legit.
The Iran aspect is quite interesting to myself; creates a plausible reason as to why he has been ignored. I think it's reasonable that western nations would prefer to keep a leg up on Iran rather than be on the same level, so their rejection thus far of these technologies doesn't bother me too much. They probably hold similar technologies anyways in their black programs.
As with all things, we shall wait and see
