This is definitely not true, in the same videos, he was talking about traveling methods, a certified healing "machine" that simply allows the body to return to its original state ("the healthy state"), getting rid of the imbalances on the way - that includes growing back limbs and taking care of any chronic illnessess as well. There are five or six different types of applications for this alleged technology, and they all are based on the same premise - creating various magnetic fields for different purposes.
