Its not exactly creating people, more like creating masks for the people that you want to enter to wear with the knoweldge that they enter for the purpose of taking off the mask and talking as spirits. 4d thats easy, 3d not so much, 3d that'd be called Schiso something somethign.
Edit: Creating customers for your business is a good example of this in 3d version. /pray for people to come/
