I just had this thought... could it be the worst karma we have to endure... is the one that we put on ourselves?
By being to hard on ourselves and not forgiving ourselves? For example in your case, Ankh, I am sure all your brothers and sisters have forgiven you (if there was anything at all to be forgiven, that is). So go and forgive your self!

What I see is that there were probably pre-incarnative arrangements and plans that included my participation, and therefore, all these plans and arrangements failed. And that hurt them even more! And I can't stand that thought, that I hurted these beautiful creatures!!!

Personally I think that what you experienced is quite a natural reaction. Not wanting to go down there in that animalistic situation in the Roman Empire.

It was a dream I had about Confused, when we were reviewing 3D and Earth. We were sitting on some kind of "cliff" as I perceived it, and nothing seemed that serious anymore. So at the end I said something like: "Well, if we won't make it, another 75 000 years is actually nothing." And Confused agreed.

After this regression it feels like this whole life is suddenly not that bad. It is actually pretty safe. It feels like a cozy, little house where one can hide from a thunderstorm. And I am refering to the veil as being a house, and spiritual catalysts as thunderstorm. Thank God that there is place where we don't have to feel the real heaviness of our lessons all the time. Where we can forget.

Hmm..interesting. Can you see how knowing the exact situation answers some questions, but it leaves you with unnecessary guilt? Don't feel guilty or regret! Remember when Ra speaks of wanderers as requiring a pure amount of bravery and foolhardiness? Maybe you had not incarnated for awhile, and the thought of all the possible things that could have gone wrong gave you shaky legs. Or maybe you had incarnated before that event but they hadn't. You, having recently been there may have thought to yourself "No way..not yet I just got back from another 3d world. I'm not throwing myself into a mess like that again!"

In the end, you are working out you willingness to serve right now. You experienced a harsh environment as a child. You certainly fought a battle did you not? But you survived and here you are. You went through that for your group. There are also other ways in which you are serving that aren't inline with your ideals. You are overcoming your hesitations.

And also remember that we can work off karma for others. Maybe you took on karma that they incurred, and you are doing an even greater service by taking it on yourself. In that way, you may not have seen them for awhile because you are down here serving them. What a wonderful loving way to serve! It's impossible to know, but one thing you can do is view what's in front of you and work with that

Nah, thanks for your loving reply, brother. I have gained some distance to it by now, and see spiritual lessons pretty clear (at the moment). If it happened - fine, I think that we are still adults and can face each other. But I think that my mind played me some trick in this one, but pointing me in the right, needed direction. It feels like thousands pounds lighter. I don't regret it.

Perhaps it's exactly what you needed.

One key aspect of experience to remember: you're not your past.

That is (quite literally) another self. Since then you have learned, changed and grown. You are only now.

You're an entirely different creation right now to 'who' you were as a child. Different to what you saw in the regression. As you were a second ago. As you were a millisecond ago.

There is much power/wisdom in the profoundly simple term let go. It's often misunderstood or not given much consideration. Let it simmer in your consciousness for a while. You're not your past. You're who you choose to be right here, right now, in this moment.

Holding onto the negative mental patters is what holds the vast majority of people in this density. Letting go is the key to transcending them. The more you iterate and practice this, the more you'll be able to forgive yourself, as that self must be treated/viewed just like any other self in this experience. Forgive that other self, who was a previous version of you. You've learned, and you are learning from that other self. Thank them, as for without them, you would not have been mirrored/shown the aspects of yourself that need conscious direction.

This is intrinsically linked to the premise of choosing love in the moment. That love includes forgiveness. That forgiveness includes the self.

You're already forgiven! By realizing it, you bring it into being.

There is a part of you that gives you total forgiveness right now, that loves you unconditionally. The small I, the everyday consciousness, has trouble forgiving yourself because it is attached and entangled to the concept of self and past.

The big I has already forgiven you.

And if everyone(all that is) has already forgiven you with no expectation of what you should do now, simply holding you as their object of affection but not only as that but as they really see you, the vibrational version of who you really are.

There is nothing stopping you other then your trained habit of thoughts, in other words your mind, send it to a vacation and go mediate to the place you are and always will be whole.

And if the mind comes back judging and telling you what you should or not should do tell her that you are conferring with your whole self where loving is easy and happiness is the norm and that you will keep doing that for now.

And slowly let new thoughts govern you and one day you will wake up and realize that there was no guilt and no fight to fight and everything was ok.

And then you keep going in the NOW doing what you feel is the best not trough a chaotic judgmental mind but trough the silence of love that easily harmonizes self and others and no one has to lose anything.

Hey brother. Umm.... I don't know how I feel about it now. I think about this session from time to time, but I haven't come to a conclusion yet...

Remember from your other thread about the remembering process, Q'uo was warning about responsibility one gaines when receiving knowledge like that, and about judging. Well... In this case, it didn't go that well, as I did judge myself heavily after this session, and I'm still not even sure if what I saw really happened, i.e. was any knowledge gained then...? So, I don't know how I feel about it to be honest...

Umm... Not directly, as far as I can see it for now, but I'm sure it did, seen from a bigger picture (that no matter what happened in the past, you wouldn't be you so to speak, if it weren't for all these things).

I still don't think that it was my Higher Self that I met in that session. It might have been an aspect of my Higher Self, but it wasn't the Being I am accustomed with which I call my Higher Self in other situations.

Naaahhhhoooyyeeaahhhh... Maybe?

I would recomend meditations and seeking instead of dealing with this kind of knowledge, i.e. previous life experiences. But if an entity really exhausted all other options, then maybe...? I just see it as a more radical solution to problems.

But if a person to do such thing, I would recomend meditation before this session, in order to become more harmonious and in a more proper configuration of the mind. I would also recomend to ask for protection for this kind of working. I never did these things, and that is something that I regret today. I had a thought that no matter what happens in this working, it will all be for my best, but it was not wise to not to meditate before it, and to not ask for protection, imho.
