Hi All,

this is a question I have. It has been on my mind for a long time. So I thought I would throw it inhere.

Since a while I have been helping people with healing. The way I do this is either just giving information, but most of the time I have been sending energy to them. Or rather.. with intention I ask the Archangels to send energy to some one while I visualise energy being sent. I know this works, because people tell me to.

I have been wanting to try out something new. I would like to do a session in wich anybody can recieve the energy. It would work like this: I will set up a date on wich I will be contacting the angels and ask for the energy to be sent to anyone who wishes to recieve this. The energy can be any energy like:

- Love energy (528 Hz on solfeggioscale, repairs DNA)
- White energy (healing energy over all for every chakra)
- Red energy (grounding energy)
Or any other colour.

My question is.. is some one up for trying this out with me?

What i would like to do is:
1. Pick a date and time
2. Pick an energy
3. Set the intention to sent this energy for 15 minutes to everyone who sets the intention to recieve this energy.

What you would have to do:
1. 5 minutes prior the time that is set say the following: I would like to recieve the energy that Ellai is sending from (time) till (time) that is good for my higher good.
2. Go into meditation and make contact with the earth and the sun
3. Dont expect anything happening, be without judgments
4. Just let it happen and observe what happens.
5. Send me the feedback afterwards!

Ps anybody can do this because im sending with intention and not individualy to everyone who said they would volunteer. So even if you didnt volunteer and just read it 10 minutes prior to the date you could join.

@Indigo33 I don't really practice reiki... or well I haven;t had my initiations from a reiki master or anything like that.

Energy: Please chose between:

> love (golden) energy (heals DNA),
> White energy(heals the chakra's because contains every colour) or
> Red energy (is very good for grounding and letting go of feelings like fear and guilt).

I was planning on sending the energies from: 21:00 till 21:15 / 9 pm till 9:15 pm Dutch time.

Thanks for everyone participating. I am really excited to try this out!

Tonight 5 minutes prior 9 pm (the Netherlands time) I will go into meditation and set out an intention to send the energy for 15 minutes to any person who wants to participate. Including myself.
All you need to do is to go into meditation 5 minutes prior the time and set out an intention to recieve the energy.

You can say the intention: I wish to recieve the healing energy at (time) pm from Ellai.

The intention will open your body and energysystem to recieve the energy. Your body knows where this energy needs to go, where it is needed, so you don't have to do anything but experience and observe. Concentrating on my breathing is what works really well for me.

When you meditate it is important to be grounded, having contact with the earth innercore and the sun energy and letting those energies flow throughout your body and energysystem.

So I hope this will work.
