    Hello everyone,

Recently a few of the members here were discussing participation in the 'Fire The Grid 2' global meditation. I really love the concept of something like this- all of humanity combining their mental energy in a unified burst of love and goodwill towards others. If Ra would have anything to say about it he would certainly (I think) mention the law of squares whereby each additional seeker doubles the magnitude of the group he or she is joining.

Well then, these global meditations only seem to happen a few times a year. And I'm willing to bet that among us here on the forum are some pretty experienced if not powerful meditators.

I propose that we ourselves start a regular group meditation. I suggest to begin with, once a month at an agreed upon time. Using this thread (or a new one later, if we need more organization) we can discuss what we would like the theme of the upcoming meditation to be. Of course all would be welcome to participate even if they choose not to use a theme. In addition to raising our own vibrations we can perhaps help humanity on the whole.

Please let me know what you think of this idea, I look forward to your comments.

I think the group meditation would also be good as all here on bring 4th are of a similar wavelength.

This was the very subject that...derailed...the other website that I participate in. Too many opposing spiritual viewpoints and backgrounds.
No one could agree on the focus of a group meditation.

But here?...With the LOO as a commonality?

    I'm in....

I'd like to participate. I think the hardest thing will be finding a mutually agreable time (day and time of day).

    Well hello everyone!

I'm glad to see a good turn out of interested people for this. The hardest part, I agree, will be finding a common time. Perhaps just finding a common day will be the best we can do. Fairyfarmgirl's suggestion of the 4th of each month sounds good to me (so that we might bring 4th... so to speak!) And will help us keep the interest in this thread alive since the 4th is tomorrow.

I propose that we select a 'window' of time in which to meditate. Perhaps 5pm-11pm (Pacific time). Any duration you chose to contribute in that window would be good.

As for subject matter, I agree it should be easier to agree on one theme considering our mutual interest in TLOO. Perhaps we should focus our intent for this month upon seeking the best and highest ways in which we can aid / increase the harvest, and/or to be of the highest service towards others?

I would love to hear your ideas too! But we'll have to decide somewhat quickly if we agree that the 4th is the ideal day.

I propose that we go with Lavazza's suggestions above for this month. Other ideas can be made for next month, but time is close and I honestly would have suggested a similar topic.

It would be interesting for all involved to check back in and describe their experiences afterward. Personally, I will be on the early side of your window, probably around 5pm PDT.

    Love and Light,

    Hi everyone,

One last thought before we start. I thought it might be nice for people to drop by the chat room about 5-10 mins before they start meditating. It can give us a chance to focus as a group (or set of groups) a little before the event(s). It will also let people know who'll be with you in your session.

I'll drop there for about 10 mins before I start my meditation at 5pm PDT.

    Love and Light,

    3D Sunset

Well I've been my usual busy self this last week, but I wanted to report back a big "Thank You!" to those were were able to contribute their positive thoughts and affirmations on August 4th.

Thank you, fairyfarmgirl, Sirius, Ayadew, 3D Sunset, Richard, peelstreetguy, Bring4th_Monica, and thr33tim3. I look forward to meditating with you next month on September 4th.

Any early suggestions for a general theme?

According to Calleman's predictions regarding the Mayan Calender the next big shift will be "the abstraction of value will end".

Thus money will be no more.
I would like to aid the population of the planet in letting go of the idea that things has a set 'value'. All things are beautiful and precious..

Y'all are a bunch of Night-Owls. I go to bed at 8:OO PM Eastern. I usually meditate from 5:00 to 6:00 PM Eastern Time. Anyone want to join me at that time?
By the way, I extend a cordial invitation to anyone here, to join me in dream-time. I spend a lot of time there...BigSmileBigSmile...and would relish the company of any of the august body here....Angel

We are little more than a week away from our next temporal triplet, as it were. Since the turn of the millennium, I have noted with varying degrees of conscious interest, each such date starting with 1/1/01 (the true start of the new millennium). As the years have unfolded, I await each successive triplet with an increased sense of anxious anticipation - as much because they mark the movement of time toward a looming milestone as that that they seem to me somehow innately charmed.

It is in this spirit of reveling in the numbers, that I suggest that we conduct the next meditation experiment next Wednesday, September 9, 2009. For maximum mental (if not possibly physical) effect, I would suggest everyone conduct your meditation at 9:00 p.m in your respective timezones (sorry Eddie, can you push out your bedtime this once?).

As before, I will attempt to attend a chat session just before I begin my meditation at or around 9:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time, and again after completing it.

I hope that this is a satisfactory suggestion for the rest of the group, and one that I'd like to suggest we plan to continue each successive thirteenth month and one day until we culminate in three years, three months and three days on 12/12/12. Note that after that date, such triplets will not occur, unless the changes associated with 12/21/12 also include the addition of a 13th month.

    Love and Light,

    3D Sunset

9/9/09 at 9pm sounds great to me, and I like the repeating digits as a recurring date for meditations.

Who else is on board this month?
P.S. Anyone who can't make that date or time, please feel free to meditate at your first opportunity and focus your intent on our time and group. Since time is an illusion your contributions will surely be felt.

Sounds like a plan, I'll put it on my calendar. Smile I didn't even get to comment on the last session, but I did feel it was a good meditation, for me personally, and have a good feeling about doing it again.
