Burning sensation
Has anyone experienced a strange burning sensation in the body? It's like having high temperature but it's different. There are some centers: head, chest, back. Also a sense of buzzing in the head. It is also hard to fall asleep ... It seems to appear in periods when my spiritual seeking gets more intense.

RE: Burning sensation
Might be somatic heat related to kundalini activation.

Just Be happy  it's not so intense as to feel like your whole body is on fire.

RE: Burning sensation
Yes Kundalini for sure

It's burning up stagnant old energies and pathways.

Might I recommend this guy, he talks a lot about this:

Fourth density is now.

RE: Burning sensation
Thank you! I really appreciate every response and help.

I had this before. It was so intense that I couldn't bear it and function normaly (physicaly and mentaly) ... With great difficulty I managed to stop it for a while...

Now it's back. If this is beneficial as initiation and healing then I'm happy but what can be done to alleviate this fire? It's getting stressful.

loostudent, check with your guidance first, but then embrace it and welcome it. Let go of resisting or fearing it. Try to open yourself to it it just a little and notice how the sensations change.

RE: Burning sensation
In the CIA document I posted not too long ago a book on kundalini was referenced.  It has details on experiences such as pain and discomfort from pressure until one does certain yoga poses or manages to do something to spread the sensation out so it's not so concentrated.

One case study had a female psychologist who feeling heat in her side, knew she had to spread it to her other side or else something bad would happen.

Heat seems to be the presence of psychophysical energy collected, or an intense current of it, and it's use may be anything from consuming excess 'stuck energy' to burning through blockages to rebalancing parts of the body.  It can be felt like a fire and be distressing and even excruciatingly painful such as to be burned alive without burning.

It seems to be a rebirth pain, a sort of stretching pain as kundalini burns through old issues and rebirths new formations of energy within.

I would suggest yoga, and a guided meditation, daily.  The yoga should be at least an hour or two, the meditation should be at least an hour up to four or more.  Your body needs 'configuration', yoga is very good (like hand seals) at configuring the energy of the chakras associated with the kundalini experience towards more easily being worked with by kundalini.
As for meditation, that's just to keep your head on straight and find yourself through all of the changes and experiences you have, to know yourself through rebirth is to emerge anew without worry or expectation of the newness of life.

I too have become experiencing heat....  I'm actually sweating right now sitting in front of a fan.  The heat for me is very mild but spread out rather than concentrated.  It feels like my entire upper body is glowing like a furnace with heat but I'm just 'hot' as if it were still 110F outside, but it's only 80F out.  So something is going on because now you, Sjel, and I in a short period of time have experienced symptoms of kundalini awakening.

It makes me want to make a thread to see who else is experiencing such things.

Like the blue pearl, or in Hindu it's known as the blue bindu (binue? I'll edit the right word in later), which is an inner vision of a blue dot of light popping in and out of your vision.  I've had this experience since 2014, it's appeared as small red dots, big blue ones, green ones, irregular shaped multicolor ones, including rarely a vibrant rainbow color one.  And my eye doc says there's nothing wrong with my eyes (besides the usual) and so those 'photisms' are an internal experience.  I've also seen some strange lights when laying in bed including a red glow coming off of me for a second.

Definitely something is going on.

To alleviate the fire I'd recommend not fighting it, let it burn through you, the more the struggle and resist the more it will do so in return, once you let it be free to do what it needs to do the pains of the process should ease up because there's no longer resistance.
Such as not focusing on the sensation but just sitting with it.  This can be hard to do with pain but I hope doing so eases the pain in this case, don't focus on the sensation as much as focusing on keeping your mind steady, still, clear, and singular.

Kundalini is intelligent energy, it is your soul's very construction material, it knows what to do, how to do it, why, when, where, and our resistance to this process seems to create pain and discomfort, like birthing complications only you're the mother and infant.

Have faith and trust in the kundalini, it seems to be part of the divine plan to bring forth 4D.

You don't want to alleviate it. It's burning out the old stale energy in you. To alleviate would be to stop your physical awakening process. If you haven't yet I strongly recommend listening to Adyashanti's talks on the physical component of awakening. He directly addresses your exact issue.

RE: Burning sensation
WHAT IF KUNDALINI IS HOW 4D IS BIRTHED??

Sorry, all excited, there's a means of analogy, Kundalini awakening leads if seen through, to a rebirth with it seems 4D traits, bliss, joy, love of all, unity.

And what's more starting in the 70's it appears there's been an increase in people experiencing kundalini awakening that hasn't stopped but grown.

What if this is how 4D is birthed?  Only the square root of the entire population would need to experience it to 'push' forth 4D reality, and even as a gradient it'd allow 3D energies to gradually be removed for 4D ones.  Instead of extinction, humanity is reborn?

I don't know, just exciting to think kundalini might be the key to bringing forth 4D.

I think you're right, based on what I've been hearing from spiritual teachers lately, the physical aspect is just as much an essential part as the spiritual and mental. The spiritual aspect comes first and triggers bodily changes, a process which may take years.

Thank you. I have listened now to the whole interview. I realized I just have to relax, adapt to it, be patient till body is harmonized ... I have some knots that are waiting to be released.

I don't want to stop the awaking process. I just want to learn how to cooperate with it - work in synergy with God's grace.

Actually my attraction and devotion to love filling guidance was growing right before this fire blazed up.

I have a family, job, duties and a very busy schedule. I don't know a guru or a personal teacher (except Higher Self and guides). I receive much blessing in the church rituals. The only time of stillness is early in the morning when all sleep. And I do some body exercises and improvised positions and moves 1 hour maximum a day. I also follow some light ascesis.

Maybe this was also the message of Jesus - "the coming of God's kingdom" and "the coming of the Holy Spirit". When St. Peter was awakened, he spoke (in "glossalia" pentecostal event) of a prophecy:

Quote:And it shall be in the last days, saith God,
I will pour forth of my Spirit upon all flesh:
And your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,
And your young men shall see visions,
And your old men shall dream dreams:
Yea and on my servants and on my handmaidens in those days
Will I pour forth of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy.

A mass kundalini awakening would be... disruptive.

I'm a fan of Chinese culture, and especially their mystery traditions and schools. What you have is known in some schools as "The Roving Fire". It is seen as a deviation from proper cultivation which originates in the "xin" (心) (heart, center, intention, core) energy of the heart, which controls the form and flow of energy. Increasing "ming" (命) (life, fate/destiny), that potent upwards seeking life force, without purifying xin, is the main cause of deviation in the practice of spiritual cultivation. Optimally, you would find a teacher now and they would help guide your awakening and make sure that you don't suffer any physical or mental ills from your practice. It sounds like you are going to have to simply put your faith in Heaven's designs and make do by yourself, though. Look into something called the microcosmic orbit. This is an energy channel running up the spine into the head and then falling down through the nasal cavity and down the front of the body back to the base of the spine. There are particular yoga practises that open this pathway, allowing the kundalini a safe way to rise and recirculate, until one day it drills through the top of your skull and you achieve liberation.

It's okay, at least you are not "Entering the Madness". Uncomfortable bodily sensations are the least concern when awakening kundalini. I need to get my ass to China, because the theory is hard to put into practice without guidance and I have some uncomfortable deviations of my own.

RE: Burning sensation
Another interesting deviation my mango friend is how in the book I mentioned earlier, Kundalini is described as moving from the base of the spine to the top of the head, then moving forward over and down the face, with a split occurring above the eyebrows with a channel going down through each eye then reconnecting at the chin, then moving down to the stomach, so this variation is significant and highly interesting to me.

Perhaps it is that the general path is an aesthetic, a facetiousness that might not be overall important compared to what occurs along that path??

Or perhaps everyone has a different design of kundalini pathways?  Like maybe some are just to the crown, others shaped differently such as looping down to just the stomach or some back to the spine base.  Not sure if that pattern entails a evolutionary marker somehow.

Hearing all these different renditions and experiences of kundalini and it's energies is so fascinating!  What does it mean?  That this is a part of us all as humans beyond cultural and geographical boundaries, whom all are able to experience this spiritual occurrence from a physical centre...?  It's an interesting speculation...

I think the disruption is the great birthing pains so to speak.  With kundalini occurrences happening more often, it's enough to make one wonder.

Or maybe I'm just too excited at the idea.

I too sometimes think I need to up and migrate to some distant zen monastery and dedicate a part of myself to spiritual discovery.

It's a wonderfully potential life of discovery perhaps.

I really hope you get a chance to make it to China, you sound like you really want to go Smile

IIR, Ra does say that many of the systems of tantra on earth are only half formed. So it's not surprising that you find some discrepancies between various schools.

And thank you for the well wishes, C_A. I might be working there in the next few years. If you ever want to go to China and you need a personal translator/tour guide, just hit me up. We can climb some mountains and meet some Daoists.
