Seeking Volunteer Illustrator

Seeking Volunteer Illustrator
L/L Research is in the midst producing a new book. We are pretty decent writers, but terrible artists. We are seeking volunteer help with an illustration. Interested? Here are the basics:
The Seeker
We are looking for a black and white, hand-drawn line drawing of a lone seeker. Androgynous. Perhaps the face is visible, perhaps only a glimpse of the profile. Garb something resembling that of the iconic desert nomad, robe included. Perhaps showing some wear and tear. Equipped with a staff, maybe indication of personal gear (like a knapsack). A pilgrim on a long journey through trackless places. Perhaps tired, perhaps having borne a burden or two, but determined and committed to his or her quest.
Whether to add a full environment—sky, sun, surroundings—would be up to the artist. For the book's purpose, we at minimum need need only a small indication of environment. Perhaps just the dusty road underneath the feet of the seeker. (The book could conclude with a full image, or it could be used elsewhere.)

An arid environment is symbolically important because it conveys the difficult and discomforting environment through which the spiritual seeker journeys, the hard realities of separation that each open-hearted being endures. The dusty road and the pilgrim traveling that road are motifs that the Confederation has invoked throughout the years to refer to the spiritual seeker’s journey through the illusion.
Illustration submissions
If you are one of those gifted with ability and would like to try your hand, please send all submissions or questions to the contact address. We will select one to be published in the book with full attribution and thanks to its creator. That may involve us bouncing back some requests for refinement to the drawing.
If you send one in that is not selected for the book, there may be other places in the L/L world it could appear, including on our (ever) upcoming new website.

Thank you so much in advance if you’re able!
With love/light,
Gary, Austin, and Jim

PS: Diana, Sabine, and T. Scott, if you should see this, THANK YOU for already going above and beyond in contributing. We couldn't ask you for more, but this request does not preclude your own drawings if you should feel so moved. : )
It seems odd to use glory as a word which describes the pilgrimage experience. One’s shoes are dusty from the road and painful from the stones upon it; one has hardships, thirsts, hungers and [yet one still] seeks. How can this be glorious? Yet, if you will open the heart and request a sense of praise, thanksgiving, worship and adoration of the one infinite Creator, suddenly glory will be understood by you, the glory of all that there is, the glory of the journey, the glory of its beginning, its ending, and its infinite progression. – Q’uo

Explanation by the tongue makes most things clear, but love unexplained is clearer. - Rumi
