I've never heard of bdd before. On researching, it is stated as a mental illness. Do you have hallucinations xise?
It's nice when your guide visits you in dreams.
I had a hyperreal dream with anthros dancing on a stage and i could make out every particle of dust within the stage lights. It was awesome. I've also sat on the shoulder of an anthro who was carrying me. That was thrilling. I also once made an anthro cry because I was attempting to kidnap him because I adored him. I wouldn't kidnap irl, but in dreams you think differently.
One of the best dreams I had was when I stuck it through a nightmare, and opened a door that led to a beautiful spring day outdoors. I was splashing in puddles of clear water. And running and then sliding on my feet through the puddles.
When my guides visit me in dreams, they take the form of anthros because they're extra special to me. They look like this here, except in color:
