I believe that if a person absorbs a lot of negative information then this forms a sort of brain fog. I experienced this personally when I used to play a lot of violent video games. When I stopped I was able to clear my mind and sleep more comfortably. I won't begin to understand your situation, however absorbing more positive information may help.
Deep inside me, I carry a heavy imprint of someone whose mental frames are broken off & are stuck in several places & ruts. Also, I carry a heavy sense of lack of self-worth & inferiority complex. But I post negative materials too as a form of tribute to other suffering folks like me who may otherwise be generally forgotten by mainstream discussions. They exist whether I pay attention to them or not. I am not able to ignore the sufferers because I am one of them, a person who is lost to the world of mainstream normal thinking. To prevent myself from totally going off the rails, I use this thread as a haven and a safe refuge for exploration into the inner recesses of my mind & humanity's narratives...
