Yeah we are both Meerie. We become particles when we observe ourselves, or experience through our physical senses. And the atoms in our bodies are going between them. When we're sleeping, the observation of others keeps us solid in their reality.
It's interesting the feeling of moving toward time/space. My body feels lighter, more fluid, and has the sensation of putty when feeling from within. Though my body is still very solid, inside I feel putty-like. The Light though is very tiring to the body, which has to learn to allow it in. There's also lots and lots of little fears and such that are balanced by the Light, sometimes this can be painful.
