Gem do you have a Texan accent? I prefer the american accent over the British one.
Actually I think you could compare it to the way us people in the south (Bavaria) speak in contrast to how northern Germans speak. Their accent is more like the British, in comparison.
Stiff and harsh. We speak broader and slower. Needless to say I like the Bavarian accent.

I was laughin when they described your voice as similar to a womans (no offense!) -
my voice is rather deep (now even more with the cold).
years ago, I used to get pissed when people on the phone mistook me for my brother.
On another note, Kia and I are going to board the same plane to Stockholm!!!
talk about that... there was something going wrong with the online reservation and now they changed her to fly to STockholm via Munich.
We will be on the same plane both on our way to and from Stockholm!!
