Many seem affixed on the issue regarding 'HAARP' (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) being a tool to manipulate the Weather whereas there is much more to it. HAARP and Chemtrails are also interlinked.

I shall provide quotes which I hope will engage those who are at that level to do their own research, which will also allow a better understanding. I've never been a fan of spoon feeding (That, and I'm lazy). I was going to briefly describe the mechanics which go into such before I came across an excellent accurate article on the subject. I shall quote a brief portion which should explain certain technical concepts behind the Mind ops;

Mind control has always been in the worst interest of rulers, because they want obedient, tame taxpayers, soldiers and slaves. Nowadays, psycho-manipulation techniques are being used. A proven remedy consists of a combination of HAARP technology affecting the brain pattern (EEG) with extremely low frequency (ELF) electromagnetic frequencies and oldfashioned propaganda. Living creatures are designed for the ELF (Schuman resonance) located between Earth and the ionosphere, as they are identical with brain waves. If these ELF patterns change – biorhythms are severely disturbed. But the ionosphere is being manipulated by U.S. government scientists using an Alaskan transmitter called HAARP. ELF waves from HAARP can change the mood of millions. Moreover, natural geomagnetic waves are being replaced by artificially created very low frequency (VLF) ground electromagnetic waves coming from GWEN-towers – up to 300 of them are spread over the U.S. Elitists in America and Israel are planning to spread on the whole globe. These waves are also used in digital television, so that they can collaborate with the GWEN Towers. The United States is bathed in an artificial GWEN / HAARP magnetic field, which supposedly makes it easier to make people swallow the media censored news and propaganda lies. The military-industrial complex that Pres Eisenhower warned so strongly against, has quietly taken over America’s consciousness, and thus its very soul.

Knowledge is not good or bad. It is only in your consciousness that it assumes any kind of polarity.

When I was learning how to heal without the medical establishment, I quickly realized that all knowledge is power. It is up to every person to qualify or dis-qualify any information for themselves.

Now, if this was posted on a board where it would be disruptive and cause fear and chaos I would have a different opinion. (Adiophora anyone?)

Further commentary: People are susceptible to subliminal messages in media. Almost all audio on the radio/tv has subliminal messages, and their effects can be clearly seen in day to day life. Ra even cautions people to stay away from mass media as it makes it difficult to control the influences acting on your subconscious. I would have to re-read it to see if it seemed to indicate anything regarding HAARP or if it was just the embedded messages themselves.

Ignorance is bliss I suppose .

I prefer to call it critical thinking. Many in the conspiracy community purposely look for fear. Knowledge or awareness of such is not the same. Were it not for this trait we may have never known the 'adverse' effects of eating meat or EMF's.

As GentleReckoning above me stated, knowledge is neither good or bad. It is only ones own programming which determines a positive or negative reaction. It all lies with thought and perspective.

One can ignore, which leads to a systemic blockage, or one can acknowledge and act accordingly.
