I literally felt whales! FLYING WHALES!

Lucky I love Gojira and Townsend. Metal tends to have pretty blatant mystic messages in it. I feel like most metal heads I meet usually have a big imagination and are turned on by the certain flavor of spiritual symbols throughout pretty much every popular metal band. Metal heads seam to be obsessed with the darker side.

Metal and especially "dark" music is usually very wanderer oriented.

What better way to keep the veil in place than to make the starting point of the non veiled info be "scary" *shouting and loud music* instead of inviting. If you dont want to break the confusion of others, its natural you'd want those confused to stay away and only those aware to come to you. Which is also one of the reasons why I feel slightly more inclined to believe that info searching for the sake of info searching is secondary in importance to info seeking as a part of a larger more pleasurable activity in itself.
