I did the Morning Offering and then got myself ready for the day. Today the Ra quote comes from 91.31:
“Questioner: I have listed here the sword as struggle. I am not sure that I even can call anything in this diagram a sword. Would Ra comment on that?
Ra: I am Ra. Doubt not the struggle, O student, but release the sword from its stricture. Observe the struggle of a caged bird to fly.”
We are still on Card Number One, and Don still doesn’t believe there really is a sword where Carla and I saw one, but he gives our interpretation of the mysterious sword as representing struggle. Ra sees the sword but says that we can let it go and concentrate the concept of struggle for the bird that is in the cage. It is a struggle for a caged bird to fly. In 91.24, Ra spoke about the difficulty this bird would have in flying as analogous to the spirit of the Magician being unable to fly unless it was “released into conscious manifestation and fructified thereby:”
The wingèd visions or images in this system are to be noted not so much for their distinct kind as for the position of the wings. All birds are, indeed, intended to suggest flight, and messages, and movement, and in some cases, protection.
The folded wing in this image is intended to suggest that just as the Matrix figure, the Magician, cannot act without reaching its wingèd spirit, so neither can the spirit fly lest it be released into conscious manifestation and fructified thereby.
So how will the spirit be “released into conscious manifestation and fructified thereby?” Though we never queried Ra on this point, I believe that the source of this release would be the subconscious mind, the Potentiator of the Mind. The High Priestess is the third name for this one concept, and it is the function of the subconscious mind/Potentiator of the Mind/High Priestess to set the conscious mind into motion because, of itself, the conscious mind is unmoving as Ra said in 79.20:
The Matrix of Mind is that from which all comes. It is unmoving yet is the activator in potentiation of all mind activity. The Potentiator of the Mind is that great resource which may be seen as the sea into which the consciousness dips ever deeper and more thoroughly in order to create, ideate, and become more self-conscious.
The conscious mind must be inspired by the High Priestess to move in the desired directions which are pre-incarnatively determined for each seeker of truth. So the conscious mind that is alert to the promptings of its subconscious mind has a great ally in its pursuit of progression on the spiritual journey as Ra alluded to in 94.11:
Questioner: I have drawn a small diagram in which I simply show an arrow which represents catalyst penetrating a line at right angles to the arrow, which is the veil, and then depositing in one of two repositories: one which I would call on the right-hand path, one on the left-hand path. And I have labeled these two repositories for the catalytic action as it’s filtered through the veil “the Experience.” Would this be a very rough analogy of the way the catalyst is filtered through the veil to become experience?
Ra: I am Ra. Again, you are partially correct. The deeper biases of a mind/body/spirit complex pilot the catalyst around the many isles of positivity and negativity as expressed in the archipelago of the deeper mind. However, the analogy is incorrect in that it does not take into account the further polarization which most certainly is available to the conscious mind after it has perceived the partially polarized catalyst from the deeper mind.
This morning I gathered a few Peonies, Star Thistle, and Spotted Ivy and put them in a little bucket with a couple inches of water in it so my neighbors across the street would have some flowers to put on the graves of family at the cemetery they were going to visit in central Kentucky.
This afternoon I used my trimmer to finish trimming the yard from the point in the back yard where I left off last Saturday. Then I used my big mower to mow the grass for only the third time this year. Then I used my backpack blower to blow all the walkways clean of grass clippings. My last job was to water the Azalea garden and the newly seeded Giant Sunflower patch just behind the Hollyhocks which are slowly coming into bloom.

Seek The Light Heart
I am of the principle of Jesus the Christ and I greet you in the full consciousness of that perfect love.
When souls harden their hearts by judgment they become out of balance. And if they ask for the spirit to move within them, the spirit will act as a gentler and softener, that the heart may become humble and balance be obtained in the life experience.
When, as with those to whom we speak this day, a soul has a heart over-soft and over-sensitive towards others, then it is that the heart is hardened towards the self and that same spirit of love being summoned moves into the consciousness to restore balance by enlivening and strengthening the heart to have compassion upon the self and thus to bring balance.
The spirit speaks variously to each soul with one hope and that is that each soul may come more and more into the knowledge and experience of the wholeness of perfect love. Condemn not others or the self, but seek the light heart, the merry laugh, and the strong arm of the Comforter within.
May each dwell in the freedom and peace of Jesus the Christ, now and ever. Amen.

We come in the name of Love and open our hearts, our minds, and our souls to send love, light, and healing energies to Mother Earth as she brings forth a New Earth in fourth density. We ask that the infinite love, light, and healing energies of the One Infinite Creator heal the heart of each soul in pain on Earth tonight. May all souls on Earth feel our love, light, and healing energies in their hearts, in their minds, and in their souls. Amen.
