I did the Morning Offering and then got myself ready for the day. Today the Ra quote comes from 100.12:
“Questioner: There is the forty-five minute signal. Does Ra suggest a termination of this session, taking into consideration the instrument’s condition and all the other conditions that we have placed on this?
Ra: I am Ra. Information pertinent to this query has been previously covered. The choice of termination time, as you call it, is solely that of the questioner until the point at which we perceive the instrument beginning to use its vital resources due to the absence of transferred or native physical energy. The instrument remains open, as always.”
We had to deal with the repercussions of Carla’s blue-ray energy blockage for a few sessions after we began to treat it with antibiotics and buttermilk. During a lull in one of our Ra sessions Ra heard one of our tape recorders click off signaling the end of a 45 minute side. So Ra took that opportunity to say that ending a session at about the time that sound occurred would be helpful for the instrument so as not to overuse her during her time of recovery from the throat infections and congestion. It was in 98.15, that Ra first noted one of our tape recorders click off and linked it with the appropriate time to end the session for Carla’s benefit:
At this time we would break our routine by making an observation. We observe the following coincidence. Firstly, the congestion of this instrument’s throat due to the flow of mucous caused by energized allergic reaction has, at this point, become such that we may safely predict the probability/possibility vortex approaching certainty that within one-half of an hour we shall need to depart from this working. Secondly, as we noted the above the sound vibration made by one of your sound vibration recording devices was audible to us. If this group desires, it may choose to have sessions which are brought to an ending soon after this sound vibration occurs. This decision would ensure the minimal distortions within the instrument towards the discomfort/comfort within the throat until the effects of the magical working of your fifth-density companion have been removed.
In this question Don has just heard the tape recorder click off, so he asked Ra if we should end the session then for Carla’s benefit. Ra reminded us that we had already been given that information, and it was up to Don to decide to act upon it. Ra assured us that they would let us know when Carla’s vital energies and physical energies were being used and would suggest the end of the session at that time. Throughout the Ra contact Ra mentioned a number of times that they did not wish to deplete Carla’s vital energies as they mentioned in 30.16:
This will be the last full question of this session as this instrument is somewhat uncomfortable. We do not wish to deplete the instrument.
This morning I worked more on editing and adding to Chapter 6 of 103. This is the chapter that deals with the indigo energy center, and it is one of my favorites, so I enjoyed adding more information here and there. I also vacuumed the three bedrooms in the basement, and now they are ready for our Homecoming Gathering which will be in just over a month from now.
This afternoon I mowed the grass as we have had a lot of rain in the last couple of weeks. Then I used my trimmer to trim the side yard and the back yard. I hope to finish up the trimming and blowing clean tomorrow.

The Universality Of Suffering
I am of the spirit of Jesus the Christ and I greet you in the full consciousness of love.
You have pain in your heart. Is that so remarkable? It is given to each to suffer pain and, through suffering, to learn and grow.
The spirit of love wishes most greatly to comfort and relieve the heart’s suffering and asks you to gaze about at each person with whom you come in contact. Open the windows of the heart and be vulnerable before the pain of each other person and so see the universality of suffering. Then turn your hearts to the great fruits of suffering: compassion and joy.
For do you not see entities, day after day, sacrificing their concerns for the needs of others: mothers and fathers for their children, friends for friends, and, in the heart which has grown sweet with compassion, stranger for stranger?
The spirit sees the whole without boundaries of geography or personality. You dwell in boundaries and limits. Yet by seeing the pain of another soul, so you may see that your lot is not unlucky. Then open yourself to the healing movement of the spirit of love within which answers the call of the pain of others. And join in that harmony of compassion that forms a net of love about your beautiful planet amongst all peoples.
