I did the Morning Offering and then got myself ready for the day. Today the Hatonn quote comes from May 15, 1974:

I am Hatonn. I greet you, my friends, in the love and the light of our infinite Creator. It is indeed a pleasure to be speaking with you again this evening. I am here, far above you. You cannot see us, my friends, at this time, for the distance is too great. We are here, and we abide with you, for, my friends, we are your brothers, and we wish to share with you our understanding. This evening we would like to urge you to seek that understanding with more single-mindedness than you have been propounding and expressing recently.
Let us examine this concept. Understanding, my friends, is simple. It is unitary. It is not logical. It is not intellectual. It is not necessary that you understand understanding. It is not necessary that anyone around you understand what you are understanding. It is necessary only for you to seek the understanding of the true creation within, and this we will attempt to give you in a simple way. With the intellect and with words, my friends, we can only approximate understanding to you. And your attempts to examine it on an intellectual level can only be a type of subterfuge, camouflage, and misdirection. You must not depend upon the tools of the physical illusion in order to build for yourself your bridge to eternity, for that which is of the illusion will vanish and be no more before you are able to cross that bridge.
In this session Hatonn was speaking of the nature of understanding. They began by saying as they are aware of our spiritual conversation, they listen to much of what we say, and when we avail our self to their thoughts, that we listen to what they have to say, and they hope that the exchange is beneficial to us as well as to them because our minds are stayed too strongly upon those illusory goals of the intellect which our conscious awareness makes such advanced company of, and these intellectual pretensions are no kind of advanced company to be in because their group name is complexity, and understanding is simple. Hatonn continued by saying understanding is unitary; it is not logical; it is not intellectual, and it is not necessary that we understand understanding, and it is not necessary that anyone around us understand what we are understanding because it is necessary only for us to seek understanding of the true creation within, and this Hatonn will attempt to give us in a simple way, but with the intellect and with words they can only approximate understanding to us, and our attempts to examine it on an intellectual level can only be a type of misdirection, so we must not depend upon the tools of the physical illusion in order to build for our self our bridge to eternity, for that which is of the illusion will vanish and be no more before we are able to cross that bridge. On April 18, 1982, Hatonn spoke of the value of our attempt to seek an understanding of who we are:
We realize that in your daily illusion the events, the cataclysms, the mounting strangeness of the times in which you live, may well seem to be far more important than your own disciplined understanding of who you are, but, my friends, your seeking of that understanding is the only burden to carry in those days to come, for the more of your identity that you are able to fathom, the greater your light will shine in a very dark world, and like the great lighthouse which guides the ships to harbor and warns of a craggy rock and a dangerous gale, those within the view of your simple beingness will gain a kind of safe harbor until they themselves can begin to seek for themselves.
Let go of the preconceptions which are embedded deep in your intellectual mind. Allow yourself simply to seek, and then to have faith in the seeking. What you seek is simple. The creation is simple. There is only one understanding which we can offer you, my friends, and that is that the creation is one great Being. The creation is you; the creation is me; the creation is all that ever was and ever will be. The creation, my friends, is the Creator. As you look into the eyes of another upon your planet, you are looking at the Creator. As he looks at you, my friends, he also is looking at the Creator. If you may achieve this simple understanding, then and only then you may live in harmony with the understanding of the Creator, Who created each portion of His creation in order that it may be of service to every other portion of the creation.
This is our understanding. This is our simple understanding: all is one. We cannot speak to you in any complex manner, for we do not have a complex statement. We sincerely hope that you may heed our caution, and allow that portion of yourself which is stored with the knowledge of all of the creation to come into life within you. Allow it to do so by exposing it to the Love and the Light of the Creator through meditation. Seek, my friends. Seek understanding, and through meditation, understanding will be given.

On October 31, 1976, Hatonn spoke of the value of meditation to help us gain our own understanding of the Creator:
This is another reason that meditation is important. To listen to many leaders within your so-called spiritual community, one would begin to believe it is necessary to go through various experiences or to believe certain things and to accept certain things in order to come into a so-called right relationship with one’s Creator. Yet, the true spiritual fact is not one way or another. It is yours, completely, individually. You, in silence, over a period of time, will form your own understanding of the Creator and Its link with you, and your ability to help your brother through that link. There is no need for word or thought if you but meditate on a regular basis. It is not obvious immediately, but the cumulative effect begins to seep into your waking existence as you find that you have those knowledges that you seek given unto you in a simple manner, springing from your own mind as needed.
At this time, I will condition each of you who desires it, and I will attempt to transfer this contact to one of the new instruments, to continue this message for a time. I will leave this instrument now, and will condition each of you who desires it. I am Hatonn.

Today, June 19,is Juneteenth, and this is the information that I found that gives the most detailed information about what Juneteenth is, and how it was not observed in those border states that had not seceded from the Union:
“Juneteenth is a significant date in American history and the African American experience. The name is a play on the date of June 19th, 1865. On that day, the Union Army made its way into Galveston, TX under the leadership of General Gordon Granger, and he announced to the people of Texas that all enslaved African Americans were free.
Even though we know that the Emancipation Proclamation freed African Americans in rebelling states (Texas being one of them, from as early as it when the Proclamation went into effect on January 1st, 1863) and we know that the Civil War had ended in April of 1865, it took a while for freedom to make its way to the western most rebelling state. Although there were enslavers who were aware of the implementation of the Emancipation Proclamation, it wasn’t until June 19th, 1865, that it was actually enforced with the Union Army. June 19th freed enslaved people in the rebelling states, it did not free enslaved people throughout the nation.
Keep in mind, there were still border states which were still part of the Union. They had not seceded from the Union, and they still maintained slavery. Maryland, for example, was one of them. It took the creation of the Emancipation Proclamation, the end of the Civil War, and the passage of the 13th Amendment to finally end slavery throughout the nation. The Reconstruction Amendments are significant as they came into being after the end of the Civil War. They include the 13th Amendment that ended slavery; the 14th Amendment provides citizenship, due process and equal protection; and the 15th Amendment provides the opportunity to vote and hold office.”
So, let us all celebrate the equality of all people no matter what the color of their skin!
This morning I went outside and used my trimmer to trim weeds away from my yard and gardens on all sides of my home.
This afternoon I went to visit my neighbor who fell in her home, about two months ago and injured her head. When I got to the Valhalla Care Home I discovered that she had gone to her home across the street from my home with her son to pick out items from her home that she would like to take with her to a care home that was closer to where her son lives. When I got to her home I took her a chocolate milkshake since that is her favorite snack. I also showed her a number of pictures of the flowers in some of my gardens, the solar powered lanterns when they were lit late last night, and the hammock located just under the lanterns.

The Sturdy Flame Of Your Consciousness
Greetings in the Love of that consciousness which is Christ. I am known to you as the Holy Spirit of the Lord Jesus Christ.
We thank you for this time, acknowledging that we are blessed by extending that holiness to you, for could you but pierce the many distractions and confusions of your daily life, you would see clearly the blessedness of your bright incarnations, the sturdy flame of your consciousness.
If we could inform you regarding the Love which you express in your being with every breath, you could see yourself and others without distortion of any kind; without confusion; without the golden-hued glasses of memory. Turn, then, to the present moment, my child, for it is, as yet, unspoiled by distortion and confusion and contains the consciousness of Christ, entire and perfect.

We come in the name of love and open our hearts, minds, and souls to send love, light, and healing energy to Mother Earth as she brings forth a new Earth in the fourth density.
