Seeing one as unified with all, is that easy?

I think humans are complex, and so our experiences are complex. Is spirit itself complex? No, but it has complex experiences as complex humans. Weird thing, that, go figure.

I suppose simplification within oneself can say a lot for spiritual stability. Consistency is built on a sustainable, self-nurturing structure and I think spiritual consistency is the closest thing I can use as an idea to express the process that the exercises of the discipline of the personality is working toward. We gain consistency by developing a knowing of our interests and our biases, thereby engaging in them and working to their highest levels of experience. That sounds easy, and maybe it actually is, but since we are complicated creatures, it becomes a little more tricky to do something as "be yourself".

It's as easy or as complicated as you want to make it.

No. It might be complex, but it is never complicated.

For many self development within the Earth Game simply revolves around unlearning what has been learnt.

So is learning to be ok with everything enough? To demonstrate wisdom with what you accept.

Well, everyone is different. What one might need address may not apply to another. So, the answer to that would be "I don't know, you tell me?".

Look at the challenges and overall themes of your life. What have you struggled with and what do you avoid? What are you drawn to? Our immediate challenges are symbolic of the core themes and programmed catalyst we set for our selves in 'prior' to incarnation (and often during). Quite often 'advancement' comes from dealing what is infront of us right now. More is given for you to work with as you show you are working with what you have now.

I am drawn to sexual purity. I think somehow I can be more spiritual if I don't masturbate or look at porn. Somehow I think I will regret if after I'm gone and doing a life review.

I live my life for that life review. I don't want to suffer at it, or be embarrassed.

Dealing with what comes is easy. I am usually pretty cool and centered. There isn't too much catalyst in my life.

As with anything in life, it can be complicated or simple.

Unity is the default and real state.  Separation is the imaginary.  It is only the action of the mind that makes separation seem real.  It is one of the hazards of seeing through the lens of a creature with the cognitive brain capacity that a human being does.  It's easy to get lost in the mind whose nature is to categorize, subdivide, and label everything it encounters.  If you weren't activating thoughts of separation, you wouldn't experience it.  If you could stop thinking for an appreciable amount of time, the unity would eventually become apparent.  It takes practice to still the mind, because your thoughts have a kind of momentum in consciousness, but it is possible.

You're like a snake that is looking at its own tail, and seeing it as something separate from itself because you can't physically see where the tail connects to the head.  If you look at the world through outer sensory perception, the structured mechanical nature of those senses deliver a linear picture of the world with edges, lines, and form, which seem to depict a world of limits and rules and subdivisions within subdivisions.  Much like a mirror, everything you see in the outer world is an inversion of the real nature.  Instead, feel inside yourself and find the wholeness within you. You'll become aware of a world beyond the tangible, which is the container for all that is tangible.

Focus on the hole, and you see the hole.  Focus on the whole, and you see the whole.  

I have never found it to be difficult at all.  In fact, I can't imagine a world where I don't see G*d in all.

Where I have found it challenging is when others appear to see themselves separate - it physically hurts me to witness that for some reason.

that level of understanding, to be able to experience oneness and unity, is a quality of crown-level activation.  That is when the consciousness of the Creator that flows in through the feet, makes it up to the Crown unimpeded by any blockages in the individual aura.  If there are no blockages, then the consciousness of the Creator is not diverted into the individual, and thus it is experienced as complete wholeness.  

There really is only one consciousness; that of the Creator entering everyone's feet and passing through the energetic system as individual experience.  It's the same consciousness present in rocks, and it's the same consciousness being filtered through 2d minds in animals and trees.

The desire for unity is the same desire as the upward reaching light.
