I like 3D because of how consciousness seems to happen at a more rapid pace than higher densities. It is more compressed here.
What takes a year to do here might take a million years in higher D.
Also there's the apparent time of awareness. In 3D we are aware of perhaps 100 years at the most.
In higher D it can be 100k years of unblinking awareness, which gives less time for which to rest in between.
The veil prevents us from having unblinking awareness between our lives.
Who knows if I am half way through my soul's journey. I'd rather be aware of a small fraction of it, than fully aware of a large majority of it.
Awareness of a billion years can make one's mind weary. But that's how you gain wisdom.
