I thought I would throw this out there. For several years in my adolescence, I had terrible acne. Now, after about 10 years of playing with food, I have near perfect healthy skin. The secret, all natural diet. No Fast Food, No Restaurants, or Junk Food. Although, that helped, by removing peanut butter, certain breads and potato chips, I look terrific.

Another thing. I had lingering depression for many years. After seeing a naturalistic doctor, one that specializes in vitamins, it is gone. We did a hair analysis test and my body had toxic metals, extremely high copper levels and many imbalances. After about 4-5 years, everything is now in balance, and my mood is very consistent.

So I thought this would be a good share. Chow!
