These websites can generate sounds such as wind, rain, wolves howling, sled dogs and more. And it's free. There are streams of nature and sounds of streams as well.

Is it similar?
The main difference is, as fas as I can tell, that the one on MyNoise is a Generator within MyNoise (which would be available, e.g., within the iOS as as in-app purchase) whilst the sleeping dragon I linked above is a standalone app which runs a "drone generator" on your local hardware, even whilst offline. My understanding is that the developer of sleeping dragon shared some of his code or his "generator" with mynoise (possibly primarily to make it available on iOS)
