I watched this documentary in last sunday. It's very didatic about the ego and the Matrix. Talks also about the Samadhi (the sense of unity). I really recommend my beloved brothers and sisters:



Peace, love and light.

Anata - That which is beyond name and form. No self.

Samadhi - To learn to die before you die.

It's interesting because this video says to find out who you are prior to thought and inner senses.
The Celtic Shamanism book I'm reading encourages building inner senses.
