During a meeting at my job, this video was shown. A lot of companies use it as training material to try to demonstrate what great customer service is. The company I work for obviously focused on the customer service viewpoint, not being too aware of the spiritual aspect of it. But I was astounded at how directly it hits on the truth without being aware of it! Even some of the phrases in the video could be taken directly from the LOO.
