Wanted to share this. Seems more congruent to 4d entities feeding patterns. Little thoughts about foods, not so important to eat like we were taught.

Need to add if one takes medications for diabetes fasting needs to be monitored closely by your prescriber/doctor as hypoglycemic episodes can be very dangerous with these medications.
More than one study showing water fasting even 1-3 days leads to regeneration of cells within the body.

I try to water fast 7 days a year (usually all in 1 month, in 2 separate fasts). You definitely feel lighter and it feels very cleansing. Though the spiritual aspect (for me) doesn't seem to kick in until you get into full ketosis, which seems to take about 1-3 days depending on your glycogen stores. Until then, you kinda feel like crap as your body switches over, at least for me. Longest single straight water fast I've done is 5 days on 3 separate occasions. You don't really get hungry after ketosis kicks in, but damn the boredom without food is very real haha that's usually why I stop it. Hope to one day do a 10-day water fast, or longer. Cheers!
I did a 3 day fast once, and after it, I opened up and had a few moments of bliss as all my chakras were aligned. It really aided my spiritual progress.
There's also something called intermittent fasting. Which is eating one meal a day.

It's something I've done in the past; and there's still the odd day where I have just the one meal.

But it's definitely an interesting lifestyle switch!
