In the picture in this video "the big year" (Das Große Jahr) is a cycle of 24.000 years. LOO also speaks of cycles of app. 25.000 years. Major cycle is 75.000 years - three minor cycles. At the end of each cycle is harvest. LOO didn't go in further detail if I remember correctly.
