What is the next step after being able to feel love and compassion at will?
This is for others as well as myself.

I just have to remember to do so. Otherwise I'm just being neutral and not accomplishing much.
I want to make use of my polarity.

I don’t know. Perhaps the next stage is to become love and compassion?

Sending that love and compassion to where you believe there is lack of it = pain/struggle/suffering

The phrase from Ra “find the love in the present moment” opened up again to me the other day... I realized an aspect of that is the total acceptance of just what is. Being with it. Being with the rightness of what is.
If that makes any sense... it does to me lol.
