Ive seen this show... david Wilcock....
He does pretty good research... so I recommend checking more of his stuff out... especially the disclosure series on Gaia tv.... im sure you can find a lot of free episodes on youtube..... but fyi... because of their topic being so spiritually important they have been getting trolled and sabatoged pretty much left and right.... Also some of these people dont really do meditation so they are mostly experiencing it from a worldly point of view....
