Does anyone else experience gasping while meditating or raising your vibration?

Here is an explanation of why it happens:

Very common, no biggy. Also it indicates you are in correct meditation.

There is an up and down or if you prefer an in and out flow during meditation. As you settle down the body relaxes including all bodily functions. This relaxed state is cleansing or healing. This healing creates activity in the body creating thoughts. This in and out activity continues all through the meditation. Sometimes long periods of quiet indicate much rest, sometimes the rapid in and out indicate much healing. This we do not pay attention to. Simply let the meditation technique flow.
The gasp is simply coming out more rapidly as one is not accustomed to the deep stillness. As with any experience or thoughts in meditation one simply ignores and continues the meditation technique. This too shall pass.

Yeah it happens when some stuck energy moves usually.
I also notice that I burp a lot when I'm raising my vibration. Is that release of stuck energy too?
