Life is a set of motions and emotions.
It is nature feeling itself
We can not differentiate between what we feel and who we are.
Emotions are the catalyst of our behavior.
The emotions and motions of people create the ways of society.

Emotions and thoughts are made of one type of energy.
One is simply more structured than the other is.
The energy alternates between the two states.
Consciousness is a structure of thoughts and emotions.
Where the emotional structure is stronger we react to the feeling.
Where the thought structure is stronger we react to the thought.

Evolution of thought is accompanied by change in emotions and emotional energy potential.
This is because the two are waves.
The waves are complex and move within complex structures.
This is the structure of the brain and the mind.
The brain, the mind, and the waves of energy describe awareness of time, space, and potential.

Thoughts, emotions, the brain, and the mind are one and the same energy.
They behave as if they are within a certain energy, from which they originate.
This energy that encompasses them has a certain density.
This is the energy of the spirit.

But there is also part of the spiritual energy held hostage within matter.
The spiritual energy is one, and is one with all and is free.
The spirit attaches to the spirit.
The sealed of the spirit move yearning for unity with all.
They are held hostage by earth, by matter.
They expand outward and outward and yet outward again until they meet at the place where they came from.
The spirit lives forever.
It escapes the clutches of matter by breaking it apart.
It creates atoms and particles.
These join to create new prisons and temples for the spirit.
Matter and spirit are one.
Their energy forms the temples and prisons of creation.
The temples are structures of matter where the energy of spirit can move freely in and out.
This they call the New Jerusalem.
This is what the holy books say, but first one must learn how to read them.

I have to say, I enjoyed this post. The part that stuck out for me especially was the part that speaks about matter being either a sacred temple for spirit to rest in, or a dark prison holding spirit hostage. That is really the viewpoint, even if subconsciously, that positive and negative humans in third density hold about their lives isn't it?

The visualization of my body as a temple of my spirit, with light freely shining out, has been an extraordinary meditation aid for me. Thank you.

I believe that's Jesus' term for 4th density earth. (or a term attributed to him). It's loosely interchangeable with concepts like "Terra".

More specifically, I think it is the dawning of 4th density light in the portions of the Middle East most wrought with suffering right now.

The New Jerusalem represents a place where people live in harmony, love, and peace.
It is also a physical place, in the sense that it describes an exact balance between different energy potential and vibrations. One way to visualize the New Jerusalem is to think of two pyramids, that exist within the same cube.
At the center of the base of one pyramid, is the top of the other. The other pyramid has the top of the first at the center of its base.
