On Fridays Carla and Monica do a radio session on the internet and people can ask questions (Its focus is The Law of One)

Hey sorry if this question seems silly but I am new to this as well, is this radio voice based like a standard radio broadcast? Or is it text based? Either way I am interested in listening and asking questions as well as providing any insight anywhere I can.

Carla's radio show has been put on hold indefinitely until Carla recovers from her surgery.
I just clicked through on the link NegaNova provided and there are still a few "on-demand" episodes posted there. Haven't checked them out yet, but plan to soon.

These "On-Demand Episodes" listed are archived old airings. Inside each one options are given to listen to them (an online in-page player, a small pop-up player and own's audio player).
