That russian man was really humble. From my understanding of russian language, he said something like - "I woke up at 3 in the morning, went outside to smoke and saw blue light in the sky. First I thought it was a helicopter, but it was absolutely quiet. So I took pictures. I don't want to say what it was because I am only a common man so I'll leave that to the experts."
Are you referring to the main light, or the rectangular light behind it? What's that?
lol thanks for the translation!

I think that's fake...

1. The light bursts from the object do not match the illumination of the city scape, especially near the end. There would be no light-lag.

2. Who would film a UFO hand-held and keep the frame still - i.e. not follow the UFO, or zoom etc.

... so, I think someone filmed the bright flashing of the city scape (hence the fixed frame, even though its hand held), from another source (no idea what), then added the UFO afterwards, and got lazy with the flash synching.
shadows are too realistic to be done by a small outfit. if it was produced in hollywood. but still, the shadow/lighting goes beyond what hollywood could produce even in the top budget movies.

It's human made and operated regardless. IMO.

I hate to say it, but it looks very fake, and I WANT to believe every UFO spotted is real. Still, the fact that people are creating these hoaxes shows that UFOs are on a lot of people's minds...that we want to see them. I think that's a good sign...that we're moving to the point where people will be able to accept ET presence openly among us on Earth.

and why does it look fake ...

It honestly looks like this was cobbled together using a bad computer program. My first guess would be that various images were superimposed, but I fall just short of saying that someone tied a strobe light to a sting and ran it across a stock photo. The camera doesn't even follow the UFO, and there's no reaction from the recorder. Would someone really film a cityscape for no reason, then not miss a beat when a huge UFO flew in from the corner of the screen? The way it drops down from the top left corner is almost comical. For someone with the smarts to glue this together, you'd think they'd have had the sense to follow through and make it seem realistic.
they could have left the camera on a stand.
or a blind man shot it.
Haha Big Grin
I have searched in the UFO websites in here and nothing. No even mentioned. That´s the center of the city which doesn’t matter what time it is there is always people around. And the lights seem very strong to pass by unnoticed. Russia UFO was yesterday as well and it was in the mainstream news…don’t know how to distinguish whether is fake, so I can´t say

then you dont know much about 3d animation and effects programs or gaming.

even if this is done by a computer program, its not something simple, and the computer which has done it needs to be quite powerful.

this kind of effects, shading, lighting is not found even in big hollywood productions.

yet you concluded it was a 'bad computer program'.

there are gamers who would like to give an arm and a leg to play a game like this.

and do you know with what it was shot ? do you think every video on the planet need to be shot with shaky cellphones ?

what if the guy was an astronomer and was using a camera-equipped telescope ? what if he was a photographer with a digital camera ?

however you are indeed right - someone making such a fine fake with impossible to attain shadow and lighting, would be smart enough to include all the things you mention to prevent people thinking it was fake. leave that aside, a computer program on the level that could do such a thing (not to mention required hardware) would be able to introduce such effects itself.

yet, as you see, none of those have been done. its a still shot of something moving.
I think something like this could be done in CGI, by mapping wireframes around the buildings. This would provide surfaces for the inserted light source to illuminate.

Man made.

yes technically it could be done. but the question is, where is the software that did it, and the machine that is within the purchasing reach of common man.

i would like to have such a gaming rig.
Here's a NASA space shuttle video showing some unidentified objects. The first UFO appears at about 3:38 in the video:

Space Shuttle Video

And while we're posting video links, this one isn't a UFO, but it is definitely strange; purports to be unidentified creatures filmed near Yosemite in California.

What are these?
at this point it would be good to remember that ra has noted that most of the non-terrestrial ufo appearing, those from confederation and other positives, are thought-form types.

there is no limit to a thought form type ufo, since its created by thought.

Another way it might have been done is to take a day shot (or brighter shot) and a night shot of the same area, mask the areas where you don't want light, then superimpose the shots.

Notice how the camera person does not pan to follow the UFO at all, but that object, presumably, is the more interesting subject. Most people would follow if it just happened to show up while one was recording the skyline some night.

thought-form creations are a mystery to us all. They are for mystery. We create them as well. The availability is reliant on the receiver. I'm not sure a camera could pick up a thought form.

7.12 ...Secondly, there is permission granted, not to break quarantine by dwelling among you, but to appear in thought form capacity for those who have eyes to see.

12.9 ... There are many thought-form entities in your skies which are of a positive nature and are the projections of the Confederation. Other sightings are due to the inadvertent visualization by your peoples’ optical mechanisms of your own government’s weaponry.

Eddie, if those stick things were real, they struck me as Fae...possibly some type of nature spirit. Or it could be puppets or people on stilts with sheets...the pixellation was horrible.
Eh...seems the guy did a height reference...if it was people, they were very, very short. But then, I wonder if two images got stuck together. There was one part where I could see one of them through the tree on the left of the screen, which was odd.
what about the chicago one?
I dont care if these videos are fake or not. Iknow that unidentified flying objects exist. I believe that these are not ET's but man made. I also believe that ET's usually come here using light balls of some sort. Our governments have many classified projects that consist of many aircraft that the average person would define as a UFO because that it really what it is. Its unidentified, atleast not by the average person.
More weird stuff:

Blue Anomalies in the Sky
Ok so almost 15 minutes after posting my last reply here, a friend of mine calls me and tells me that there is something in the sky that looks like a star and it keeps moving in a strange way. I go look and its there! I kept staring at it for an hour and its still there... Its the first time i see something like this and i am happy. I took a pen and a notepad and sketched its movement and other things like where it stands relatively to other stars. I saw two flashes of greenish lights right under it. The first was big and the second was smaller. I also saw a cone shaped flow of light to the right of the initial "ufo" i saw. I sketched all of these too. I also noticed that it was positioned in the center of a triangle that 3 other stars made, or atleast thats what it was trying to do, to center itself in the triangle. I discovered another triangle a bit far from it in the sky and it had another orb floating around and it also looked like it tried to center itself to some point. This is amazing.
