It did have many good points in harmony with the Law of One. Considering that we are indeed multidimensional beings, and the majority of our being exists behind the veil.. These changes should be able to occur if the subconscious is ready, meaning the higher self allows it.

there seem to be so many claims around the nature of 'energetic healing'.

I agree with you. It's about 'allowing' the time/space blueprint of ourselves to fully express itself in our current space/time body. Miraculous stuff should be able to occur if one is able to access this process/have it facilitated for you.

I downloaded the audio and it's incredible for meditation. At lunchtime I sit in the botanic gardens, back against a tree, soles of the feet on the grass and listen for 20 minutes. It works really well for me.
