I used to have a vinyl album of natural sounds. My favorite was ocean sounds! And when i needed to "get away" (I was a single Mom) I would put on my swim suit, turn on the ocean sounds and go sit in the kiddie pool and meditate!

I have a machine that produce nature sounds in my studio. I mostly listen to ocean and rain. It is a very effective mood-adjuster.
