Surprisingly this is very good information. "Surprisingly" because there is indeed so much misinformation on health around.
Adiponectin is central. I discovered this while researching nutrition a couple years ago. It is not well known and I am very happy to see it start going mainstream.

This is very important advice! It is so often overlooked. In fact getting more than 8 hours of sleep will truly increase fat loss and maintenance.
