This is kind of a follow up to my "Islam and Ra" thread. I thought this section is more suitable for this clip although i think you can totally listen to it out of LOO perspective. That's the beauty of it 
I stumbled upon this Mufti Menk. Apparently he has many clips in youtube. I found this 10 minute talk very simple, clear and refreshing:
